TTC and exercising

Hello everyone,

I am TTC for the first time and it's all new to me. :-)
So, I just wanted to ask are there any exercises I should avoid while TTC? I ride a bike, exercise Yoga and pilates, I make exercises for a flat stomach, sometimes aerobic...

Throw all your flat stomach wishes out the door now if you want to get pregnant!! LOL That will be long gone once you are!!
No, in all seriousness...you can do whatever you are comfortable with. You just want to make sure that when you indeed are pregnant that you avoid exercises on your back or stomach and to not get your heart rate too high. You are also more prone to injury while pregnant so you do have to take extra precaution but what you do should be fine while TTC.
