3 days dizziness after a fall

I recently suffered a head injury after I felt due to a slippery floor.  I feel dizzy and have a couple of headaches. I feel fine most of the time, but I get dizzy suddenly if I move my head too quickly, or if I bend down. I'm not sure if it is normal to be feeling like this for the first few days. I don't want to visit to the hospital unnecessarily. Please tell me what to do.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hello,
I suggest you to consult your doctor and get a CT scan or MRI scan of the head done to rule out any subdural hematoma. Unlike in epidural hematomas, which are usually caused by tears in arteries, subdural bleeding usually results from tears in veins that cross the subdural space.

Symptoms of subdural hemorrhage have a slower onset than those of epidural hemorrhages because the lower pressure veins bleed more slowly than arteries. Thus, signs and symptoms may show up within 24 hours but can be delayed as much as 2 weeks
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

You could have subtle concussion symptoms or could have just gotten your bell rung a little bit....rest and drink some fluids. If things dont improve after a week or two then take some further action.
