I often feel very sleepy after breakfast or lunch. I have diabetes type 2 but I take my sugar levels before and after meals and there is nothing abnormal here since I eat very few carbs. I often wake up after my breakfast nap and have a bowel movement. I also have sleep apnea but I am being treated for it with a CPAP and I use it every night.
You must get a complete blood test in order to negate any vitamin deficiency, especially vitamin B 12. Avoid sleeping on your back, instead rest on sides, that may help with the sleep apnea. Stay hydrated.
