Abdominal Discomfort..Please help me find an answer!

Im 25 years old, recently admitted to the emergency room when the abdominal pain that i had been experiencing mildly, got a lot worse. At the hospital they did blood work, urine tests, tested blood pressure, general stuff and then they performed an ultrasound to see if I was pregnant and didn't know it and gave me a pelvic exam. Due to molestation as a child, I had always avoided the OBGYN and so this was my first pelvic exam ever. I thought it would hurt, because even though I am married, my husband and I have not been able to consumate completely because I get so nervous and tense right before sex..sorry if it seems I'm going off on another subject but I sometimes wonder if everything is tied. The pelvic exam found nothing and they made me an appointment to have a more extensive pelvic ultrasound as well as a t ransvaginal ultrasound.  I also went to a Gyno a few days later for a pap test, and although it's been two weeks and I have heard nothing back about the test, the doctor said that all of my other tests were normal as well. I'm still experiencing abdominal cramping in the mid lower section and sometimes it travels to both sides. I tend to get lower back pain as well on some days and it seems to be a sudden and sharp pain when I breathe in real deep. Not all of the time, but sometimes Before this I had not had my period in over 6 months, and this had happened again where I had no period for a year then it came back and went away again. Everytime i stress excessively this happens. I always stress I have depression and bad anxiety. Could that be the cause of my symptoms?

I have had similar symptoms with pain in  my abdomin, lower back, and pelvic area.. my pains have worseened over the months and all of my tests have come back normal.  I am going in for a laparoscopy at the end of the month to check for endometriosis.  Look up endometriosis symptoms and see if you think the symptoms match yours.  I have ben asking around ever sense I found out that my doctor thinks that might be what is causeing my pain and it is a very common condition.  Good luck:)

i once had similar symptoms and the dr's kept telling me in was all in my head.  I went through test after test and everything came back normal, so I was beginning to think i was crazy. One day i had gotten really bad and could't stand the pain any longer and went to a different dr.,he did a couple of tests and came to the conclusion that i had a really bad bladder infection. I don't know but this could  be your problem. Hope they soon find something for you and the best of luck.
