Aching in kidney areas and Bladder area, aching in testicles.

I am a 36 year old Male, I take sodium valproate, sodium phenytoin and topiramate for epilepsy and have done for many years without problems.

Over the past months i noticed i had to go to the toilet more in the early hours of the morning , i was waking up with pains in the kidney area and a bloated feeling in my bladder area. I suffer from constant aching sensations in my testicles and sometimes a dull stabbing pain around my groin areas and around the top of my penis near my groin . I also have a pain in my coxcyx which get worse the more i stand. I have been to my GP and had test for PSA (protate) which was ok. Also was given antibiotics for water infections  which did nothing. I sometimes feel dizzy.

My testicles ache after ejaculation and i find it hard to maintain an erection also. There is no blood in the ejaculate.

Can you offer any advice please ?

Just wondering do you have any swelling of your testicles at all ? My son has epilepsy more or less same meds as you . He had a similar set of symptoms. Dont know if its the case with you but he had epididymitus . Google it and see if it matches your symptoms. If it is my son was on antibiotics for months not weeks. Take care Chris
