Any Help Will Be appreciated

Hello, you all can click on my name and see what I have posted before. I still have no answers after two infections (one possibly herpes) and have been suffering since this past May. I am in dire need of help.

My symptoms started after a flu like illness while in Central America and then a penis infection from a girl I was dating here in US (though it was herpes but two IGG were neg). Basically I suffering from malaise, severe depression, cognition problems, hot face, neck and ears in the evening, head pressure, headaches, irritability, joints popping and cracking (maybe tendons too). I am suffering and have already been to the doc three times. Last week test results were normal (CBC, CMP, Thyroid panel). I have also done ANA test, herpes test, STD panel, etc. All seems normal from what they can tell. Initially I had elevated liver enzymes and elevated eosionphils but those are normal now.

I beg anyone to offer some advice, guidance, or any type of help. I am suffering a lot and am having a very hard time functioning, holding a job, and living life. All this started after the infections. I need help. Please someone.

You would have to test positive for parasites as the treatments would be directed towards a group of parasitic infections. They are different than antibiotics. Refresh my memory so I don't have to reread this string. Also, You were thinking of getting blood parasite test done? Have you had any luck with getting the doctors to test for those? Then there are tests for Lyme, Ehrlichia, bartonella, and other lyme coinfections. But they have a blood test for Schistosomiasis.  See Dec, 29th post. What is going on there? What have the doctors been saying other than this Rheumatlogist? You may want to see a infectious disease doctor and then if no luck a neurologist. I am still thinking parasites. What are your current symptoms now?

Ok, is your cycle normal? Any problems there ever? Hormones vise. About liver, have you check yourself on  Gilbert syndrome? It not a problem, but can give some of symptoms...

well yours may be psychological but not mine. And the fact that I did have abnormal test results like liver, kidney, ANA, eosinophils suggests this is not psychological....perhaps yours is.

20% population has ANA test positive, it doesn't necessary mean that something physical wrong with you. Again, I do believe that you should do all the basic tests and calm your nerves, the longer you stay in the fight-flight stage the more stress you create for your body...
I have been undiagnosed  for almost 2 years with similar symptoms, it started after food poison  with just low great fever and nausea, in a couple months it didn't go away, after done all tests and scans and seen a lot if doctors, I started panicking what is wrong with me, and made it worse... So inherited anxiety, depression on top of all of that symptoms...

I been there! If you checked everything and it is normal, then you need to calm down your nerves. Trust me on that! All the symptoms that you discuses are related to nerves system. You are overwhelmed at the moment trying to find what is wrong with you, the more you search the more anxiety you have, anxiety and stress can cause all the symptoms...
