Numbness left leg

I am experiencing numbness and tingle in my left leg - I often have mini strokes (TIA). I also have a pacemaker.  This is the first time I experience this numbness - most of the time I get my numbness in the left side of my face and it soon goes away.  Is this something I should be concerned about or do I need to have it checked out.
