What could it be?

Hi,
Maybe someone can help.

For months now I've been having swollen lymph nodes, swollen tonsils (and a general feeling of not being at 100% energy-wise but I'm not sure it's related).

I did talk about it with my GP who has tried to look into it (several blood tests and antibiotics) but everything checked out. She's not sure what has to be done now. And I'm not sure who to ask.

The symptoms themselves are not so annoying, sometimes the tonsils are so swollen that they hurt but this really doesn't happen often enough to go through the whole procedure of removing them, the fatigue really is annoying though, I feel like I never sleep enough and really have a hard time getting up in the morning (which I rarely do lately cause I've been giving in to the temptation of sleeping in, which is really bad and I want to stop it).

Some personal history:

I'm a 20yo male, vegetarian (but blood tests revealed I'm fine, I don't lack any protein or vitamins like all the stereotypes go) and I've been for a long time before having the symptoms so it's not related. Not so long before the symptoms started I moved back to Paris, FR. From QLD, Australia. I'm not sure if anything was swollen back there but I'm 100% sure the fatigue wasn't there! I remember going to sleep at midnight/1am and waking up no problem at 8:30 am (and even earlier) to go to uni.
I'm not really prone to diseases, I did get the flu this year but hadn't had it for like 4 years if not more.

I would really love it if you took the time to go through it with me and maybe give me some advice.

Thank you so much in advance.

I have had 3 swollen neck lymph nodes for at least  a month an a half. Went to the dentist said there is nothing to worry about. Talked to my doctor said nothing to worry about unless they get bigger.

Hello~

It sounds to me like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. When you have CFS, you are tired, have a low grade sore throat and just feel generally "lousy" I would aske the doctor to do a blood test for it if possible.
