Broken/Cracked Ribs

Hi, I had a bad slip and fal on the ice on our deck on Saturday. Fell pretty hard on my back, visit to the Clinic and the doc did a bit of an exam, and determined I bruised/cracked/ maybe broke a couple ribs, they treat them all he same I guess. Just wondering, I still get a pinch in my side when I inhale deep and coughing and sneezing are murder, I've been diligent in taking deep breaths, especially when it's
More comfortable to do so. But it's the pinch in my side I get, and sometimes a clicking feeling in the lower rib area where it's got me a little concerned. It's only day 4 so I know it's a long road of 3-4 weeks. But besides fever and blood in stool and urine, what are other signs that I should go see my doctor again? Just want to ease my mind.

They didn't X-ray, just did a physical exam. He said it's hard to get a good X-ray, and even if they were confirmed broken by the X-ray, they are treated the same way. But no, no shortness of breath, or sweating, or that, have been checking temperature regularity, I figure if something was really wrong, it would have come up by no. Just feel constipated though, most likely from the Advil. Progressively feeling better, have gotten lots of rest since it happened and making sure to stay on top of Advil. Taking deep breaths as much as possible to exercise the muscles and such, prevent any chest colds.

Hello~

Other signs to look for would be: Shortness of breath, sweating, dizziness, sometimes blurry vision.

I doubt if you have anything to worry about however, you just had the treatment for this a few days ago, they obviously have x-rayed you, and if they had seen anything else suspicious or wrong, they would have taken care of it then and there.
