Can't think/Poor circulation.Aided by side split exercise.

(22M) I've more or less had this problem for like 10 years now and it has only gotten worse.
I can't think properly and iam more or less permanently confused. It seems as though my head/brain is not supplied with oxygen. This has also manifested by thinning/greying hair and accelerated aging of the skin in my face. The only thing that briefly alleviates the thinking problem is if i do a side split. When i do a side split it seems as though some channel has been opened and it greatly alleviates the bad feeling and the constant headache goes away.It seems as though oxygen can freely flow when i do it,i can feel it throughout my whole body.As soon as i get out of the position of the split which i can only hold for like 5 minutes max it goes back to bad. For the last months I've been doing the split for 30 Minutes total every day with the goal of permanently "opening" this channel and making the brief alleviated feeling i while "splitting" a permanent one. I have been to doctors and have done MRIs, EKGs and other examinations and they could never detect anything unusual. This split is the only thing that ever really helped me with this problem, even if only briefly. At this point iam becoming increasingly desperate/delirious.  If someone has an idea what this could be and how it could be treated i would really welcome an answer.

Hi, that sounds rough. You are a young person at 22!  I'm sorry you are having these difficulties. I'm glad you checked in with your doctor. I am not sure what you mean by a side split. Can you elaborate?

This is in no way to undermine or demean what you are saying. But you've self diagnosed yourself. I'm wondering if there isn't other things at play here. Do you think you are neurodiverse by any chance? That can sure lead to some foggy thinking and feeling 'different'. What about executive function? How is that for you? Have you had a full physical where they've checked things like blood sugars? Just asking. I want you to feel better. Which brings me to an important topic which is mental health. This 'could' be symptoms of issues surrounding that. Our body is laced with tons of various chemicals and reactions. These can make us feel good or bad. Some are more sensitive to the reactions than others. We CAN do things to help the body's chemicals like working to decrease cortisol (stress hormone), increase endorphins or dopamine. Whether you have a medical condition or not attributing to your symptoms, this avenue of exploring your mental health would be helpful for coping. Do you see a therapist? Or could you?

What is your lifestyle like? Do you exercise?

Hello~It may be that you have some misplaced vertebrae or nerves pinched in your back causing these issues and doing that exercise releases the pressure on them for a few minutes. I would see a chiropractor and explain this to him/her,  The chiropractor will take some x-rays, study them, and go over the results.  A few treatments, if this is the case, should have you feeling better soon.
