Chest Pain, Short Breathe, Sore throat, numb Left Foot.

Well, ive seen a doctor, and a dentist.

My wisdom teeth are impacted, and the dentist couldnt tell me if theres an infection. But i do have a sore throat, and my teeth to start to have pains once in awhile.

Earlier on this summer.. i hav bad chest/arm pains, so i went to emergancy. They took my pulse and blood pressure, and also used electro thingies to take a "picture" of my heart. Everything looked fine.

The doctor said its probaly  a chest mucle.

I have a bad back.. atleast i think i do. Its always sore and tight... and when eer i try to crack it it cracks easily.. and has a weird pain feeling all the time.

I think the tight chest/ restrained breathing could be from my bad back?

And also i have a tight neck... i think its because of my tight back.

My neck and bck could be from my computer posture. I spend alot of time on it and i have a laptop.. so  my back is always bent...

My breathing only sometimes restrained and happens after physical activitie.

My numbness is in left foot, sometime right, and lower gluc's (sp).

i know.. alot of problems.. and ive seen doctors.

a doctor even said the breathing could be from the tight back and told me to go to a chiropractor.. and i am soon.. im just the paranoid type so i have to ask around.

Ive been to the emergency room a few times with most of your same symptoms. I think I am having heart failure because of the shortness of breathe, backpain, numbness in my arm and leg, among many other symptoms. In the emergency room as well as doctor told me that I have panic attacks which can be triggered with stress among other things, If you look up panic attacks you will see that many of your symptoms are similar. Once I found out I was more able to control my symptoms by telling myself it was just a panic attack instead if freaking out and thinking I was going to die! Get well.

Hello Docutains --

I am not a doctor nor do I play one on TV...read on if you want.

Having played college football and destroyed most of the muscles in and around my body, let me let you in on a little secret.  You need to find a massage therapist to put your body back into shape.

My back (..and shoulders, and knees, and ankles and...) cracks like a bowl of Rice Krispies and my pectoral muscles are so tight from misalignment that it causes pain that makes you think you are having a heart attack.  My arms and fingers go numb due to muscles (trigger points) and herniated disks (not fixable) in the back and spine.

Computer posture will DESTROY you.  I sit at a computer screen (4 of them) for 10-12 hours a day and I feel like I have been through a war every day.

During the day, try stretching at your desk.  You are going to look stupid and everyone may make fun of you, but IT DOES HELP.  There are a lot of resources online for desk stretches.  Make sure you stretch your SCM muscle...a lot.

Try and find a trigger point website about breathing problems, you will be surprised what you find

I also suffer from infections due to sinusitis and let me tell you, it sucks.  That could be an alternative version of why your teeth may hurt.

Hope you feel better.

Tim
