Worried about problems

I am a 33 female, last year I caught a viral infection about 2 months later I started getting these abnormal sensattions in my thighs like cold bubbles and crawling. Then 2 months after that I broke out with hives everywhere my lips were HUGH.  I went to an allergist did a bunch of tests found nothing, the hives lasted about 5 months, always reappeared but not in great quanitites. It has been almost a year and it's not getting any better but it is always different never remains the same.  Sometimes when I stratch with my fingers they tingle, then if I work out at the gym my lips start to tingle.  I could be sitting then I get the chills and the crawling in my thigs is so bad I have to move.  Every day is different.  Sometimes the bone in my ankle gets really hot and my butt even gets hot. Sometimes I even have twitching in my calf, and my thigh for a couple of seconds. Even it is affecting my vision, isn't as clear in one eye, but jumps to the left and right.  I do have a history of being depressed and had panic attacks I still get them once in awhile.  I have been to 3 neurologists, had MRI of the brain,the whole back, NOTHING.  Been tested for any type of antibody that might show I have an auto immune disease,NOTHING. Then I had an EMG test, NOTHING showed, he said I have anxiety and I am hyperventialiting gave me paxil.  Nothing is working, I am losing sleep, can't go on like this.  I know something is wrong.  Could this be life threatening?  Anxiety wouldn't cause the chills and have my nerves go crazy in my thighs.  I don't know what else to do, I am at witts end!!!

Your doctor is correct about the hyperventilating being the culprit of the tingling and tremors.  Some hyperventilation and panic attack symptoms are:

    * Light headiness
    * Giddiness
    * Dizziness
    * Shortness of breath
    * Heart palpitations
    * Numbness
    * Chest pains
    * Dry mouth
    * Clammy hands
    * Difficulty swallowing
    * Tremors
    * Sweating
    * Weakness
    * Fatigue

When you feel as though you are hyperventilating, try holding your breath for as long as you comfortably can.  Do this a few times until you start to feel better.

Can't be anxiety or hyperventiliating, I know when that happens.  I feel like their missing something and I keep referring to the cold I got last year.  I never get sick, but this cold lasted over a week.  Also, before that I was throwing-up and had stomach issues but that sub-sided after awhile.  Do you think it could be my stomach?  So many viles of blood, looked for specific and non-specific things, but all my cell counts are normal nothing high or low, no lupus, lyme, inflammation.
