Dizziness, spaced out feeling, head pain, sinus pressure and feeling shaky

For the past 4 years I have been experiencing horrible symptoms. It seemed that the whole thing started as a sinus infection but then I went for a CT scan of sinuses and they were clear. I have been having symptoms of dizziness, head pain, shakiness and a spaced out kind of foggy feeling like i am watching my life from the outside - all day every day. There are some times for a couple of hours during the day that the symptoms may lift and give me a few moments to live- but not much. I have been to about 30 doctors- including ENT's allergists, neurologists, chiropracters, opthamologists. psychologists, dentists and everything else u can think of. All CT scans, MRI of brain and blood work keep coming back clean and ok. Nothing I try seems to work. There was a period of time about 3 and a half years ago that the symptoms lifted for about 4 months and then it returned full force. Some of the weird parts are that the shakiness seems to be seasonal - coming in spring and lasting thru summer and its miserable like a tingling pins and needles sensation thru out my body. I have also been getting what some doctors seem to diagnose as recurring sinus infections- like 10 a year- i take anti biotics and i feel slightly better until the next infection but i still have the other symtoms while I am on the medication.  I have hay fever and allergies to mold dust...Every doctor tried diagnosing something different- like migraines or TMJ or some sort of other odd thing. I've tried tons of medications. I dont usually have all the symptoms at once...they kind of take turns.  One doctor suggested moving to Arizona as it may be a sinus issue but the ENT's say I have no sinus isue- just regular allergies and the allergists say that they have never seen symptoms like these for allergies. I tried psychologists even though the ony reason I am stressed out is cuz I can never live....before this sickness I was the happiest person around- and even psychologists turned me away as normal.  Is there anyone out there that may know something that can help me - please??......I can not go on like this anymore

you might have a concussion, those are the exact symptoms and the reason nothing shows up in cat scans and tests are because a concussion is unnoticeable and cant be seen but judged by the symptoms. if you play sports like football you need to stop until the symptoms go away. To everyone also if you've had those symptoms

I wish you all the best.  I have been sick for over ten years and it keeps getting worse and of course all the tests say I am normal, makes you feel like a hypochondriac. Most recently I have a fever almost all day every day, head congestion, sore throat, chest congestion, palpatations, now dizzy when I roll over especially to the point it makes me sick to my stomach and weak nand disoriented. Pressure in my head. Chiropractor says it is not from my spine. BP is a little high and my pulse is always higher than it should be.
Oh, I get really emotional really easily and I am on Wellbutrin 300 mg now the doc wants to ad another antidepressant, I am depressed because I am sick.....The overly emotional part is new and don't know what that is all about, I am 65 so it is not the menopause stuff.
I do a lot of research and ask for all the tests that I come up with that might lead to an answer but so far nada.

Have you ever considered lyme disease...don't discount what I am saying because I have been suffering the same things as you and worse for over 4 years now...please let me know what you think about this. I'm not talking about early lyme either. I'm talking chronic like you did not catch it or even know you had it. Like me. Also it is hard to get a positive test if its late stage but a diagnosis can be made simply from symptoms.

sounds like panic disorder. i am a long time panic disorder patient and have had all those symptoms. beleive it or not it take a good phycologist to pick those symptoms up as panic disorder. what i would suggest is to take a few minutes, close your eyes, and take in long deep breaths. put yourself in a place that you remember that makes you happy. or a memory or something. remove everything else out of your mind. do this for a couple minutes. if it works you got your answer. 1 in every ten people that have anxiety or panic disorder are treated or properly diagnosed. beleive me panic disorder or a anxeity disorder is not a completley understood disorder. and can vary  with many diffrent symptoms. mainly dizziness, feeling like having a heart attack, tingling down the left arm and fingers, pain down the arm and fingers, feeling of like high blood pressure in the head, nausea, some even vomiting, passing out, and for me when i go into a big attack disorentation, followed by hyper ventalating to the point of some insanity until it passes then im fine. been put in the hospital twice for it and have dealt with it for 16 years. your not alone your not dieing. and you can turn your life around. a good therapist can help you. not a shrink a behavioral therapist that does mot perscribe any meds all they do is listen and and suggest. try it. there are some people that cant even leave there house cause of symptoms or cause it causes anxiety to leave there home or to drive or to be near people. take charge and be yourself again.
