FOREARM PAIN WITH PULSATING IN RIGHT IN

HI I AM IN DESPERATE NEED OF SOME HELP, SINCE SEPT 2011 I HAVE BEEN GETTING SEVERE PAIN IN MY LEFT ARM IT STARTED WHILE I WAS ON HOLIDAY IN AMERICA, IT  CAN BE ANYWHERE IN  MY ARM FROM MY SHOULDER TO MY FINGERS. I AM ON MORPHINE (HIGH DOSE) BUT THIS DOES NOT CONTROL THE PAIN. I HAVE HAD NERVE END TEST DONE (ALL CLEAR) MRI (ALL CLEAR) XRAY (ALL CLEAR) DOCTOR SEEMS TO BE AT A TOTAL LOSS AS TO WHAT COULD BE THE ROOT CAUSE. I HAVE NO NUMBNESS OR TINGLING AND CAN MOVE MY ARM IN ANY POSITION. THE PAIN WHEN AT ITS MOST SEVERE IS ACCOMPANIED BY THROBBING IN MY RIGHT EAR. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO WORK SINCE THIS PAIN BEGAN I AM AT MY WITS END AND NEED HELP TO FIND OUT WHAT IS WRONG. I WOULD RATHER HAVE MY ARM CHOPPED OFF THEN PUT UP WITH THIS FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. I AM A OTHERWISE HEALTHY 58 YEAR OLD LADY.
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME ................................

She went through it for like a month. No one could figure out what it was until one morning she was in the shower and her left side went complete numb and when we rushed her to the er they told us she had a mild stroke. That would leave her left side numb for the rest of her life

hi how long did this happen to ur grandmother until she had the stroke? and did she have exactly the same symptms i do?

Hi well my grandmother experienced the same thing before she had a stroke. So just calm down and relax yourself because you wouldn't want to have a stroke because then it will get worse
