Fever at night with enlarged lymphnode for a post liver transplant child

My son is 14 years he underwent liver transplantation at 2007 . He has in explained fever at night along with enlarged
Lymphnode at his neck and chest . Before two years he has the same symptoms but without fever and he was undergone to biopsy from his chest which yield that he has not tumor . After starting medication by antibiotic the enlarged lymph node in his neck was reduced but not return to normal size . Now the fever continue at night for about ten days and still we did not know the reason . Doctors has think to stop prograf
What is your advise

He does not have apetite before fever

Prograf 1 mg twice per day
Celcept 250 mg twice per day

Not sure if that last post went through.  Bad connection.... What autoimmune medication is he taking?  Has he had frothy urine?  Have you made any significant changes to his diet?
