Your symptoms are similiar to Valley Fever.  Have a chest x-ray done to diagnose and blood work to check the liver enzymes for infection. Sometimes the whites of the eyes will go yellow, but sometimes in small children they don't every get the yellow skin tones often seen in liver ailments.  Watch out for dehydration with high fevers by giving drinks with electrolytes in them.

I don't know where you are located, as some of the words you use I don't recognize, but here in the states, in order to help alleviate the SYMPTOMS of fever, you can alternate Tylenol (acetaminophen) and Motrin/Advil (ibuprofen) every three hours, in order to help the child feel better.  Did you doc diagnose the child with anything?  If it is viral, there is nothing you can do to make the fever go away.  It has to run its course.  If it is bacterial, then possibly the antibiotic you gave him didn't work properly.  6 days with a fever is a long time, so I would definitely check back with the doc.  Try a tepid bath (not hot, not cold) and try to bring the fever down that way.
