Run so hard that i make myself bleed

Today I had a 5K run. Then went on a small 1 mile hike.  Then had sex (with my girlfriend) in the ocean for about 30 minutes and after the first 5 minutes i felt a burning sensation (like a cut in salt water)..After we finished I went to urinate and the burning sensation was still there.  I came home and took a nap and woke up to a small pool (size of a dime) of blood that had come from my penis... and I have a burning sensation when I urinate.. Which has only been once...  I have never had this problem "down stairs" before....  It still bleeds after I urinate..  there isn't any tenderness any where...Can you help me out?

You need to go to dr and get checked out.  Bleeding after you urinate is nothing to mess around with, dont put it off...

I,m not a docter but as a mum of three grown up lads. I would suggest you go to the nearest Doctor , emergency room whichever is nearest. The fact that you say you have had it more than once is enough to get it investigated. Please don't ignore this advice .Take Care
