Chronic pain..no idea

First off, I'm 25, have hypertention, but in relatively good health. Starting in December of 2006, I started having chronic headaches, which my dr treated as migranes. The medicines just didn't work and none of the OTC meds either. The thing is that it seems to be spreading and getting much worse. Now my neck and back hurt all the time, and my legs and arms hurt to. Almost feels like I've been doing some heavy work the day before. I've had multiple tests done, which all have come back neg. I've tried muscle relaxers, migrane meds, physical therapy, heat, massage, but nothing seems to work except lortabs, but I hate taking them. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.

Not that I know of. When I was in physical therapy, they didn't say anything was wrong with my spine, just taht my muscles were VERY tight

Are you stressed ? If not, then maybe have them do an X-Ray of your back. Also, acupuncture or acupressure (no needles) and/or tuina massages, in my opinion, are good for back pain.
