I agree with Snoopy460. A lack of Magnesium will cause cramps. Potassium might also be low. You can take up to 400 mg. of Magnesium but be careful with Potassium.... ask your doctor how much you can take. Also, go to a stair and put one foot on there - just the toes and drop your heel to stretch the back tendon and ankle. Then do the other foot. Alternate and you will feel some relief. This stretch is recommended for those suffering from myofascia pain.
Its a bone spur or a bruise , the human foot contains more bones than the rest of the body so u can break one without knowing it cause there so small. Give it 3 days other wise go get it X rayed
lack magnesium and need to drink more water. I used to have same problem with foot cramps. Also can try Midol. See a podiatrist to see if you need orthotics.
That sounds like a cramp. My feet sometimes cramp when I curl my toes down. It hurts a lot, and I can break out of it by stretching my toes out again. I don't think you have anything to worry about.
