Aspartame is in diet sodas and Equal or other sugar substitutes.  It causes some people a lot of problems as it can be toxic.
Some people get symptoms of Multiple Sclerosis from eating/consuming Aspartame.   It can make you dizzy, numb, have trouble walking, thinking, make you move your arms when you don't want to.... it can actually paralyze you.

Gluten is the "glue" found in wheat products such as bread, cookies, cereal  -  some doctors say that our bodies are not made to handle bread and it causes a lot of stomach problems and thinking problems too.
They are saying now that Gluten can cause dementia and Alzheimers disease.  -  these are usually associated with the elderly, but more and more young people are having trouble thinking.
A lot of doctors, however, most of them, have been taught that we should be eating a lot of whole wheat bread and cereal.   And more and more people are getting sick or getting dementia.

I am not a doctor, but I believe in natural ways to heal.

Wishing you the best

Please read about Aspartame.  Also, look up gluten.  Both of these can cause severe problems!

I'm not a doctor but I think you have the flu. I had sort of the same symptoms as you except I had body aches instead of being light headed. Or you could be anemic, but I suggest you see a doctor so it won't turn into anything worse. Hope this helps :)

It could be anxiety, or you could be coming down with a cold or the flu. Have you been to the doctor?
