I recently had an MRI which showed I had no septum pellucidum and my anterior horns are fused. Over the last two years I have had symptoms including fatigue, memory loss, anomia, dysnomia, and it was thought that maybe I had ME. I have looked at a lot of the research into lobar holoprosencephaly, which was also mentioned on the MRI report, but can find very little on symptoms that could be found in adulthood. Could there be a link between lobar HPE and ME?
