Red lump on penis
When I got out of the shower this evening, I looked down and noticed I had a what looked like a very small red lump on the underside of my penis. I am a virgin, but if I remember correctly, that is one of the primary symptoms of syphilis. I am very worried about it. It wasn't there yesterday. What could it be? This really scares me.
First of all, let me commend you on being a virgin. That is a rare thing these days. It is very unlikely to be syphilis. It could be just an inflamed pore. I suggest putting antibiotic ointment (Neosporin) on it for a few days, and see if it goes away. If that doesn't work, you could try hydrocortisone cream
(Cortaid) for a few days instead. If it is still there, and you are very concerned, you should go to the Dr. (as embarassing as that might be).
