Having problems.. uh, going to the bathroom (#1)

This is really embarrassing to ask, but it's becoming a real problem.
I don't know if this is just 'cause I'm psyching myself out by worrying about it, but I'm having problems urinating.
I just can't get it to come out unless I do something to distract myself, but even then it's hard.
Could this be some kind of infection, or is psychological?
Any answers would be awesome..

Thanks for the replies guys, but I looked up this new medication my doctor prescribed me and 'difficult urination' was on the list, so that's probably it. I'll talk to my doc about it.

Hi Arsia, well erm it may be that you have a water infection and you should be on some kind of medication to help that because its not right that you cannot go to the toilet and after you get tablets and they dont seem to be working you should go to the doctors and ask them what they think it could be :) hope you will be okie x

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
It could be stress, infection or dehydration. Drink plenty of fluids and see if it helps. Give  urine sample for testing. If there is infection, you will need to take a course of antibiotics prescribed by your doctor. Take care!
