Multiple Symptoms

I had a lap with removal of several large cysts from my R ovary on Aug 6th.  Some of these symptoms pre-date that and some are post.  I have had my thyroid evaluated and everything came back normal.  I have addressed some issues as they have come up (burning eyes, voice loss).  My concern lies in that perhaps they are related and this is not being noticed.  I am concerned I may have Crohn's or IBS or  . . .?  I have had low grade fevers off and on, burning eyes (now taking Restasis), presently have abd. pain after almost every meal, intermittent nausea, abdominal bloating (in the a.m I am a size 6, by 12pm I am bloated up to a size 8 or 10), loss of voice, constant throat clearing, earaches (only when I lose my voice), fluttering under my lowest left rib, pain in my lower left abdomen, pain in my upper right abdomen, occasional heart palpitations with pulse racing up into the 90bpm range (normal for me is 60 or less), kidney/lower back pain, heartburn.  Constipation.  No problems with diahrrea either.
I know this seems somewhat endless and I am beyond frustrated.  My PCP treats it all as unrelated and seems to think Augmentin will cure all.  I'm really just looking for some possibilities to explain all of this.  Any advice or suggestions for paths to take would be so appreciated.  Thank you!

Thank you very much.  Would you recommend I locate a GI doc?  My personal physician seems to not see the relationship or cause for action.  I highly value him for my daily care but feel he has missed the boat on this one.  Would a GI doc be appropriate?

There are a variety of symptoms described that may or may not be related.

The nausea and bloating can be indicative of a GI disorder, like GERD, gallbladder disease, an ulcer, or blockage of the upper digestive tract.  An upper endoscopy can be considered to evaluate these conditions.

The fluttering can be due to palpitations, which can be evaluated with a variety of cardiac tests like a Holter monitor or echocardiogram.

The constipation can be due to irritable bowel or a blockage.  A lower endoscopy, such as a colonoscopy, would be recommended if this symptom continues.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.

I forgot to mention I also have intolerance to cold as well as heat.  Cold seems to be worse though.  Thanks!
