I give up soon, what's wrong with me?

For the last year i cannot touch a weight at the gym or even do a light workout my body freaks out.
I cannot fall asleep and my mood gets weird. Is its my cortistol thats totally wacked out?

Even if dont even lift weights and only do 30-50 push ups of light work for 15 min in the morning, STILL my body wont fall asleep until early in the morning next day, leaving me totally destroyed by sleep deprivation.

I dont know if something is broken inside my system its like my body gets totally outstressed even by the smallest amount of workout.

How can i fix this? Anyone had the same thing?

I so tierd of knowing that my sleep will be ****.

Get into healthy eating, even concentrated probotics you add to water, shop online for some good vitiams like b12, iron tablets, 10 minutes of sunshine, for sleep look at what the Egyptians used too do, stare at the sun on sunrise for the first 15 minutes(lowest UV) also at sunset, forget push ups go do swimming laps free style, change up your lift style get up in mornings so for a walk around the block then head to work or after work, you can do it mate we all tend to struggle with this even myself
