Why do my feet hurt and my toes turn blue if I sit on them?

If I sit on my feet for more than 5-10 minutes and try to stand up, I get extremely pain from my feet all the way up to my abdomen and my toes turn blue/grey. It goes away after a few minutes and I’m not overweight, diabetic or of old age

Hello~It sounds like you have temporarily cut off the circulation to those areas, it happens to a lot of folks when they sit that way or have their legs crossed, it probably is nothing serious.
