Small sore inside lip

About three days ago I noticed a small redish sore inside of my lip. On the second day, it  developed a translucent bubble, but went away the same day. Now it's virtually not visible. I only know it's there because I can feel it with my tongue. It hasn't grown in size, changed in color, or been painful at all. I also have a sore throat and runny nose, but no fever.
Is it a cold sore, or herpes, or something I should be seriously concerned with?

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Since you have sore throat and runny nose, it can be a cold sore or fever blister. Certain allergic reactions too can cause this. Both Herpes type 1 and type 2 infection can cause blister on lip.
Since you have this blister, it would be good to test for herpes. In all probability, this will disappear with your sore throat.
Do discuss this with your doctor and get yourself examined. Take care!

That sounds like a cold sore or either herpes, so you're on the right way. If it's herpes you can use different kinds of products from your local pharmacy to sooth it. It's good to get a diagnosis from your doctor though, so that you do not treat it the wrong way. :)
