I need to know what to do...

I need to know what to do. Lately I have been feeling sick, wanting to throw-up, feeling dizzy and lightheaded, having a pain in my lower right side of my back, and feeling so tired I could sleep for days. I have had four kids and on the last go-around, I had my tubes tied. Also, I have missed my period this month. Can someone give me some kind of insight as to what could be wrong with me?

I suggest you call your ob/gyn.  The missed period warrants that.  If you still have a fever and/or the lower back pain since you first posted this then you should go to the ER immediately.

I would schedule an appointment with your physician.

Hmm. I'm not sure, maybe you should just go to the doctor?

Thank You for responding to my post... I go to bed at midnight, and get up at nine am. I eat what I can as I run around tending to kids, customers, animals, and so on. Something else that I forgot to mention when I posted my question was that I have been having aweful night sweats and running a fever that ranges from 100.6 to 101.8. I am 22 so I don't think it's the change of life or anything. I need some kind of idea of what may be going on because it is affecting my day to day life.

Are you eating enough? Getting enough protein and nutrients and vitamin B? Maybe try eating more protein and vitamin b. Are you sleeping well? Or could it be a combination of malnutrition and not enough good rest.
