In Severe Pain

I've had enlarged lymph nodes for 6 months, nodular thyroid, aching swelling joints, pain in right jaw and neck not including sore lymph nodes everywhere, pain in navel and surrounding, severe insomnia and vivid dreams, unable to cry because it causes physical pain like I am choking. All blood work is normal for everything (CBC, Thyroid, Lupus, Herpes, STD, Mono, etc...). What can this be, any suggestions?

No. Not able to get a new doctor. I'm uninsured and at the mercy of a county hospital program. I'm only allowed to see their doctors, etc.

Hi. I'm sorry that you're having so much pain and that you haven't gotten any responses yet. I wish I had something helpful to share with you, but I don't know what could be causing your symptoms. I can say that I know how it feels when you're experiencing something very real and debilitating and not getting the medical care you're in need of. Are you able to find another doctor?

Would more info help? These are not all of my symptoms that have come and gone over the past 3 years that I've been looking for an answer. These are now the main ones that have been happening the past 8 months. I'm a 43 yo grandmother. I've had a total hysterectomy and oophorectomy in 2012. It took me a year to get healthy enough to function after that. I've been on estrogen before and it did nothing. I've been on Cymbalta for pain and the pain has broken through. My docs all think I'm neurotic or a hypochondriac. I don't know what else to do and can't live with this pain much longer. :-(

Any suggestions...at all? I notice sugar seems to make it a little bit better and the pain is worse at night and on the right side of my body.

Forgot to mention I am gluten sensitive. And, yes,  they've tested for Hashi's. It's negative.
