Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
It is all probably Duromine related. This causes suppression of appetite and hence you are never hungry. Excess energy is a symptom of Duromine overdose and so also inability to sleep. Please consult a doctor and stop this in a graded dose reduction manner.
Swollen ankle and feet could be due to low protein and anemia following Duromine intake. Other than that you will need to get heart function assessed by ECHO and EKG, get kidney and liver function tests done and get a complete blood picture for anemia. Low sodium in blood, hypothyroidism and malabsorption syndromes causing low protein in blood have to be looked into.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!

Do you think it may be contributed to the duromine? or have you ever had any manic episode? i am bipolar (not as crazy as some people think when they hear bipolar) I have manic episodes where i don't hardly eat or sleep. Feel like i am on top of the world with more energy than i know what to do with, and can do anything. I was first treated with depression when i was 17. At the time i didn't understand all of my symptoms but now i can look back see. My manic episodes used to be like once a year, now the are like once a month (i am now 33). If it is bipolar it could be that the stress has triggered a manic episode. My suggestiion is to do so research and look at the symptoms of bipolar with manic episodes. If it left untreated it only gets worse and more frequent. I hope this helps.
