I've had penile discharge for five months

Hello doctor, about five months ago I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend. It was the first time we had done it, about three days after I started having a burning sensation in the groin area and a very bad itch. I have gone to my gp a number of times and they have told me its just a fungal infection on my thigh area and that an antifungal cream would help. After about seven visits to the doctor I asked for blood tests to be done which came back all clear for herpes Hiv and infections. A week after that I started getting a discharge from my penis. This persisted after visiting the gp and taking three different combinations of doxcyl and other antibiotics. About two weeks ago I went to see a urologist and had a prostate examinations and was told to give a urine sample. There was a milky white substance in the sample which the doctor showed me. We sent it to the labs and once the results was in I was given a course of more antibiotics. This has not helped my situation. Could this still be an std? Or just a uti that doesn't wanna go away ?

Urologist are experts at clearing up a UTI.  If you are finished with the last prescribed antibiotic and still have a discharge, revisit your urologist for another type antibiotic.  My guess is there was not a finite conclusion from the lab.
