What is the matter with me

I am tired all the time like i have to a round in a boxing match. Just trying to get up really hurts i have no life this cant be normal. I get numbness in face and pins and neeles. Sometimes when i walk its normal walking other times i come across as im drunk. I dont drink. My right hand shakes and left foot cannot bend toes and sometimes this happens to my right foot. My left hand thumb goes dead. I get numbness and pins and needles in arms and legs. A sharp pins running though my legs. My mouth and breath is dry and smells. If i stand and close mu eyes i lose balance.One minute i am fine and than i lose balance and trip over as i cant always lift my left leg up and i drag it. I have had a mri on Brian for ms but came back fine. I also had mri on neck and back i have damage to c2 c3 c4 c5 c6 c7 ans damage too lower back. Doctors have said some of my problems to come from my neck but they have no idea on why i get all the problems as it would only effect my arms and hand.
