Lymph node on the neck. Im really worried

Hi Dr. Kokil MathurBlank  

I have a lymph node on my right top front neck just below my front chin. But on the left there is no lymph node.

But on the right the lymph node can be seen clearly, and can feel it by touching it but painless. It is not big.

I am worried why left side dont have any lymph node but on the right has it. Somemore on the right lymph node can be seen quite clearly.

Please help to response urgently.
