Male Menopause?

My husband for the past 2 months has had severe night sweats off and on with minor headaches and sometimes vomiting.  He works in an industry where he could have had heavy metal poisoning, negative, the only thing that has been high is cabon monoxide levels and he smokes and we have had everything check home and work and no levels of it.  Anyone else had this happen.  The sweat runs off of him like water and he has hot flashes he is 42 6'3" and weights 165.
