Hello, My query is the following:- I went to the toilet in the morning and excreted normally without any pain, discomfort, irritation, constipation or forceful at all. Everything was very normal. When I was using the toilet paper I found that the toilet had quite a bit of blood in the water and on the toilet paper when I was wiping. There was no pain and I did not feel anything at all. This has worried me. Throughout the day I had been to the toilet again and there was no blood only a little "left over" whilst wiping. The next day everything is normal again. What could have caused the bleeding?

The most common reason would be haemorrhoids or a small tear near your back passage book in with your dr or nurse who can check if these are present. To my knowledge bloody stools or bleeding from the rectuum without bowel opening are more serious symptoms to observe for.
Drink lots be gentle when you wipe and it may never happen again ..

Thank you for your help lucy2007. It is much appreciated. It has not happened again since. I will keep a watch out to see if there are any further symptoms. If I anything else should occur I will book in with my doc. Thank you again.

Hi lucy2007,
My girlfriend has had her blood pressure and sugar levels checked and all is normal. However she feels the cold very quickly, even on a hot humid day. Lately when she has been going to be and sleeping under the duvet, she has been perspiring excessively. She is not ill or has a temperature at all. She is very healthy. She says that she feels cold and so cuddles up under the duvet, but when I wake her when I go to bed (if she hasn't woken herself) she a completely wet from perspiration. Is this normal, or something to worry about please?
