I am 14 and completely healthy. For a few months now I have been getting shocks of pain either in my ribs or back and it happens often, I will just be sitting next to my mom on the couch and I'll get a pain that causes my back to lock up it lasts for about 3 seconds. When I'm standing and it happens in my ribs I usually end up bending over, I don't know what it is. Now this morning I woke up with a pain in my forearm that wasn't there last night it feels like a sprain. Does anyone know where this pain is coming from?

Go see your Doc sweety, could be ulcer pain, hernia pain or even acid reflux...... could be anything.... You need a full check up

Good Luck
