My Daughter 9 has the Flu with fever 4 days. Now body temp below95F its that normal?
Flu concern
Flu was wicked this year! It sounds like she is coming out of it. A temp of 95 would be something that I'd not worry about. If it goes lower than that, then call your doctor. But temperatures can be 1.5 degrees above or below normal and be perfectly normal. I'd also call your doctor if this temperature stays this low or if other symptoms start. Low temperature can be a sign of infection or sepsis, both of which can happen post flu. If you want to be sure, give her ped. a call for reassurance. Secondary infections after the flu are common (bronchitis, sinusitis, pneumonia). Sepsis is more rare but serious. Keep her hydrated and an eye on her and check in with her doctor. I wouldn't overly worry at this point. Let us know how she is doing!

Thank tou very much for your advice. Although she was on 94.7F that night, next day went up to 97F. Your advice gave some peace on mind. THANK YOU!
