Mysterious lower right abdominal pain

I have had sharp lower right abdominal pain off and on for about 13 years. It began at a time in my life when I was working out pretty hard and doing A LOT of crunches. I chalked it up to a pulled muscle of some sort. Since the pain has become severe. It comes at different times for unknown reasons. I have been to a gynecologist, urologist, gastrointernologist and my family doctor. I have had my Fallopian tube and ovary removed on the right side. I have had a urogram, MRI, ultrasound, CAT scan, colonoscopy and maybe even some I’m forgetting. I’m looking for insight from anyone who may be able to help. I am 42, have had 4 pregnancies, 3 live births and my tubes are tied. I no longer have a period due to Novasure procedure.
