My job I dont have to do anything except look at parts every 10 mins or so. Automated machines. Pretty simple. Raised table high enough for neck posture. Really have worked hard, with posture. Its improved quite a bit. Not perfect though. Neck/above nose noise sounds like after you pop your fingers, theres kinda a squishy or clicking noise. Facet joint problem? Bend my head foward and right in the middle of the spine right under my skull is a lump about size of a halfdollar. Its very hard, and almost feels like a bone. When head is straight, can barely feel it. Ill reread this last post a few times, alot of info in it. The muscle im speaking of runs along top of shoulder up back of neck to skull. Its raised all along my shoulder and hard with balls up along back of neck. I cant even feel the muscle like I can with my right one. I can pinch it and not feel a thing. Only feeling I get goes up into my head. Push down on the top of both my shoulders and everything goes away, it feels sooooo good. Head feels light, normal and I can move my head around. Let go and pressure feeling goes into head and cant turn my head as easy. ENT said I had pretty bad right deviated septum I didnt even know I had. Go back to him in about a week to see about Tinnitus going away or not. One little addition with my ears, about the time it started I was showing people how I could move my ears. Very stupid, thought it was a special skill and made them laught. I stopped doing it, tried it though yesterday and theres a roaring noise when I do it. Maybe I screwed them up a couple months ago. Also going to a fitness center next week and try stationary bike, treadmill and maybe some things to streghten my neck and shoulders.
I will try the claritin. And my neuro gave me a prescrip for Amitripilyne or something like that, a antidepressant. Im going to try to wait for vacation before trying it due to drowsy side effect and whether they would let me work or not when I report it. If i dont and something happens its grounds for seperation.
