Need answers to symptoms that are a mystery

my husband is having these symptoms;chronic fatigue, chest pains, shortness of breath, tingling in fingers, joint pain in his elbow and (r)ring finger,headaches,fever(off/on),memory and concentration are a problem as well. Have had all blood work for reg. checks(norm),ANA(Neg),waiting on the results of 2 MRI's;1 neck, 2 head. Not sure if he had a MRA(?). went to a cardiologist and he said his heart was fine.My husband can't work with these symptoms cuz he's an officer in law enforcement. Dealing w/ the symptoms isn't easy, and not knowing the cause or what it is period, is driving me crazy. my husband is a very healthy man and this is just tearing him up. Please give me some direction in which to look or let his dr. know.Have checked out MS,Lupus,CFS and GWS, they all have these symptoms. Please help.

Was your husband taking any antibiotics at the time?  Perhaps cipro, levaquin or avelox?
