Painful while urinating on and off since i was about five years old now 20 and still no help!!!!

Ok this is really starting to get to me, Ive had no help with this issue ever and i'm getting frustrated because i just keep getting blown off. Ever since I could remember ive had painful Burning with urination and after urination. This has happened off and on.(VERY VERY PAINFUL) I'm almost 21 years old now and have went to a doctor noumours times and still no help. It is never UTI's or bladder infections or yeast infections, Ive been tested so many time for those things and nothing ever shows up in them. I cannot even tell you how many times while in pain ive had to pee in a cup. Now every time i go in and tell them the same story but now they right it off because i have HSV1 in the genital region only. They think thats why i have to live in pain all the time. Not true , I had my first outbreak of HSVI in DEC of 2006 and i lived with my pain LONG LONG before that. I mean having HSV1 dont help but i take preventtive medication everyday and i know what i'm feeling now is NOT, let me repeat NOT and outbreak from HSV1. So what could be wrong with me? I have tried everything Cranbrey juice, Cranberry pills, LOTS of water, non alerginic soap, detugent, loose clothing. I just dont know what else to do and i'm so sick of living in pain. PLEASE PLEASE HELP.

Thank you for the suggestions. I will mention it when I go see me primary physician. I will soon have one of those again!

Thanks for keeping me posted! I read through all your posts.
The only other suggestion I can give is get a MRI of the lumbar spinal region. Also you can consult a chiropractitioner for some exercises that may help relieve the pain. You can also consult a sports clinic, if there is one in your area.

I have been told maybe I have extra sensitive nerve endings for unknown reasons. fibermalga also runs on both sides of the family.

I am female and ive had an untrsound before  checking for cysts and other obstructions and nothing was found. I remember when i was very young and my mother took me to the doctor and they had mentioned something about a surgery but i dont know what it was because my mom was not going for it. I'm not sure how thourough the tests they did were but i know that ive done many tests at many diffrent places and they have not found anything. I get my normal check up on a regular basis and i dont ever have an abnormal pap test. It's just so expensive to keep doing this and getting no answers, i would have given up already except for the fact that it hurts to much. The only way I have ever found relief was buy staying a scolding hot bath.

Thanks for writing to the forum!
I am sorry you have been suffering for so long. Burning and pain can also be due to a stone in the urinary tract. Has this been ruled out? You would need an ultrasound or CT scan of abdomen for this. At times infection is not caught by routine tests.  Was a culture sensitivity test done?
It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage without further details like whether you are a male/female, what tests have been done, and examining you. Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
