It could be a miscarriage especially if you are clotting a lot.  If you recently got on birth control it could be the effect from that or possibly menopause depending on your age.

Sorry to hear you are unwell.

I am not surprised that you are feeling tired a lot.  Have have been bleeding for two weeks.  You may be anaemic as a result.

Do you normally have regular menstrual cycles?  Or is this the first time for such a long bleed?

When I was your age, I did have irregular menstrual cycles and one month just had a show that after a week progressively got heavier and after another week of extremely heavy bleeding and extreme and severe pain and joked about giving birth, went to the loo and heard a loud plop.  I had been 6 weeks pregnant and didn't know about it.

Not saying that you are, depends if you have been sexually active.
If you have been tired before, it is possible that you may be anaemic.  With anaemia you can either miss mentrual cycles or have extremely heavy ones.  Another possiblity is due to hormonal imbalance or polycystic ovaries.  My daughter is your age and suffers from polycystic ovaries.  She will go months with no periods (up to 5 months) and pregnancy tests were negative.   Then she will have times when she is menstruating (like you) for two weeks heavily.

The doctor is the best person to help you to find out the reason why this is happening and possibly take a blood test to check on your iron levels.

Hope you get on OK and find the reason why you have been bleeding for so long.

Best wishes.
