Please help me find whats wrong

I am 34 years old and I have had a hysterectomy and my gallbladder removed and last year I was diagnosed with severe low blood sugar. The past 3 weeks have been the worst ever at first I thought it was just a flu but my symptoms are getting worse and I am scared because they are sometimes making me non functional or ill natured which I have never been. I started having headaches 3 weeks ago that last all day and night, my stomach cramped, then I had diareah, Occaisionally I will feel real hot and just start sweating, my joints, my back and my body aches and is sore to even touch. I went to the e.r. and they tested me for menengitis, encephalitis both negative told me it was maybee a migrane follow up with my doctor went to my doctor where they tested me for bacterias which is negative but the doctor called me today and said i have elevated liver enzymes and low platelets but all of my bloodwork was not back yet. I am barely able to work I am getting lightheaded, dizzy, confused and forgetfull and my job is hard to perform when I am like this. Please any suggestions at this point just something that may lead to some releif before I lose my job

thank you for your input i truly appreciate it yes my hysterectomy was a complete one and i do take estroven over the counter because i am so scared of hormone therapy due to the fact i took birth control for a number of years and i also smoke. It is funny that you mentioned low blood sugar and low blood pressure because i have both. I am on a very strict diet almost like a diabetic diet because when i eat sugar my blood sugar raises and then bottoms out this diet has worked great at managing my blood sugar keeping it at a steady level. It is just so hard to imagine for a year now i have felt great and all of a sudden this comes and when my head eases up i start thinking i am feeling better the headache comes back or my body aches are severe and i have diareaha i even ached yesterday in my hips and low back something i have never done not in my hips. I am going back to my doctor today and i will keep you informed thank you so much for your help.

Hello,

The various possibilities for your symptoms of joint pains and generalized aches are hormone fluctuations due to hysterectomy(pls remember that hysterectomy is a state of artifical induced menopause. Was your hysterectomy a total one or were the ovaries left behind?) , fibromyalgia(a disorder classified by the presence of chronic widespread pain and tactile allodynia(pain even on touching)  ,chronic fatigue syndrome(often manifests with widespread myalgia and arthralgia, cognitive difficulties, chronic mental and physical exhaustion)  ,polymyositis (means 'many muscle inflammation') and polymyalgia rheumatica(an inflammatory disorder that causes widespread muscle aching and stiffness, primarily in your neck, shoulders, upper arms, thighs and hips.

Lightheadedness and dizinees can be attributed to low BP, hypoglycemia, cervical spondolysis, vertebrobasilar insufficiency, carotid artery syndrome,TIA and inner ear problems like BPPV and meniere’s disease.

At this stage,it is very difficult to confirm a diagnosis.Pls tell me the reports of your complete blood work so that I can help you in making differentials and reaching a diagnosis. Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing.
