I have a technique that can help bring down a temperature without the use of medicines.  To do this for your son, for example:  using a face-cloth/flannel, bathe his skin with cool water, leaving the moisture on his skin.  Then simply fan him, either with a hand-fan or an electric fan.  Because the air blown on wet skin feels cooler than it would on dry skin.  I've done this for a few years and it often helps to cool down quickly.  =o)

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Yes normally you can give Tylenol and children’s Mortin in the prescribed dose as per the weight of the child. However in a 3 and half year old it is better to consult a pediatrician first. Take care!
