Or when you bend over at the waist?
A hiatal hernia definitely could cause these symptoms. You may want to have your doctor check to see if your hiatal hernia has gotten any bigger. Is it worse after eating a larger meal?
For me it's almost constant, I also have acid reflux (Prilosec and alka seltzer have worked great) Also cut out all fast food and foods that are high in carbs. I quit drinking soda completely mainly water and green tea now, I'm also checking into what I believe may be a gallbladder issue. I have no reason for my anxiety it just comes on and stays for extended periods
But I have had these feelings permintly recently. When I wake and when i go to bed is that still possible
For me the answer is Anxiety or Panic disorder. I went to the emergency room twice thinking I was having a heart attack turned out that both where Anxiety attacks. It's amazing how similiar the symptoms to the two are.
I do have a hiatus hernia but I have never experienced these symptoms before.
could be gastric reflux/GERD
