my son is dizzy, feeling cold,having a hard time breathing and seeing black spots in vision,body cramping?

I suggest you consult a doctor immediately. I am not sure how old your son is, but the symptoms could be due to low blood sugar, low blood pressure, epilepsy or transient ischemic attacks or ministrokes.
I suggest you go to an emergency department and get his blood sugar, and BP recorded and get him evaluated for epilepsy and mini strokes.

I think maybe its time to call a Dr if this is the situation just incase this is something serious, be always on the safe side. ! esp when it comes to children.
