Random Bruising on Inner Thighs

My Girlfriend just recently has been getting random bruising on her inner thighs, the bruises are not large, some are the size of a quarter, and a couple the size of a dime in a group, the quarter size one is on the left inner thigh and the other ones are on the right inner thigh: probably about 4 of them. They are a Redish color. They look like bruises but she said they do not feel like bruises. Her diet has not changed, shes had the same diet for all of her life, and she takes IB Profin often to help her with her back problems. Can someone help me because she is really scared about this and we dont know if we should take her to the doctors or just see if it passes. Any ideas or Answers please get back to me. Thanks

How much pain killers does she take? That can thin her blood and cause her to bruise more.
