3 different doctors and Undiagnosed health problems

About two weeks ago started to get severe pain in my abdomen.  I had tried taking a few pain medications like midol , maxidol, t2s and 3s, mercyndol, and perkasets I also had tried ice packs and a hot pack.. Neither of which helped.. I even had to start sleeping in a fetal position over my blankets because laying down and sitting is unbearable ... A few days later I was admitted into the local emergency near me, the doctors had taken my blood and told me that my white blood cell count was severely elevated then gave me an anti inflammatory for my pain... The anti inflammatory did not help it actually had made the pain go everywhere in my stomach and down my legs.. The next morning they had called me in to come do an ultrasound because they wanted to rule out my apendix.. They did one on my stomach and then a vaginal one and sent me back down to emergency, where I was told I was stressed. I waited a few days and made an appointment with my family doctor . He and I had looked over all of my medical files from the recent emergency visit. The doctors could not find my apendix in the ultrasound. ( I still have my apendix ) he then sent me to the hospital to recieve an X-ray on my abdomen which showed nothing as well as a follow up blood test which showed my white blood cells are higher than before .. We don't know what is wrong ... Anyone got any ideas ...?
