I am not sure what you mean by "puffy" nipples, or if this condition is a sudden onset symptom.  Mostly when the nipple sticks outward from the body it is because of a muscle contraction due to cold weather.  This would be  normal.  Generally speaking changes in nipples that cause a sunken appearance, leaking of fluids (in men),sore to the touch, darkening of the nipple, or sudden enlargement of one breast without exercise can indicate a cancerous suspicion. Men can get mammograms that include ultrasound examination to rule out cancer or tumor conditions. If you are worried, talk to your doctor about getting tested just to make sure and put your mind at ease.  good luck

Um, do you eat lots of hormone fed chicken?  I have heard of this happening to men from eating huge size chickens but I had thought it might be an urban myth.

It sounds like it could be hormonal so you probably should see your doctor.

Hi, you posted this question earlier, and I answered.  Did you see that?

If a man has enlarged breasts, it is possible that he may have a cyst on the pituitary gland, which may increase the level of prolactin in the body.
Prolactin is a hormone that helps a woman to produce milk to feed her baby.
You should consult your physician about this.

Wishing you the best,
Carol
