pain above right beast

My right breast has been having a sticky discharge about 3 weeks. the discharge only happens if you squeeze the nipple.  Now I have pain above the breast toward the middle of my chest.  It hurts when I move and is very sore.  The area seems to be firm and you can tell the difference in the tissues of the breast.  I had a benign tumor taken from this breast ten years ago.  It was a lump below the nipple on the outside and the size was about the size of a half dollar.THe left breast has a dark discharge from it when you squeeze the nipple.  I am 53 years old and I am on Premarin .625 mg. for hot flashes.  Should I be worried about these changes in my breasts?
